Rainy season in Thailand

Here is atypical Friday afternoon where the clouds quickly roll in for a good few hours drizzle and occasionally, the streets get flooded.

It reminds me of the movie Independance Day, where the gigantic spaceship flies across the sky – not a spec of light to be seen. This is exactly what happened on this Friday afternoon. The air outside became more compressed, building walls made a creaking noise as a result; it felt almost as if the sky was to turn upside down any minute soon.
Unfortunately the picture does not capture the outside environment well enough due to the glare, but it does depict exactly what I am talking about when it comes to rainy season in South East Asia.
